Valerie Bartol
Valerie has been helping people develop ways to feel better for over 20 years in a variety of settings as a certified life coach, licensed mental health counselor, clinical director, consultant and college professor.
The premise of personal responsibility, coupled with teaching individuals to change their thoughts and listen to their own unique inner guidance serve as the foundation of Valerie’s work. She guides individuals to become an agent of change in their own lives and find ways to feel better regardless of circumstances and based on taking action on what is within their control.
Valerie has a master’s degree in counseling psychology, with an emphasis on marriage, family and child counseling, and credentials in school counseling and school psychology.
She studied with the late Debbie Ford and was certified as one of her coaches.
Valerie is passionate about her own self-care. She dances, runs on the beach, witnesses sunrises and loves spending time with friends and family.

I am grateful for my own personal, professional, and spiritual transformation and evolution. As I have learned to integrate my wholeness, I see more clearly how every single piece of life has served a purpose in the way I now facilitate change—for myself and others. On my journey to wholeness, I have co-created with God a safe, multi-dimensional space of unconditional, unwavering, unceasing love and compassion that serves as the holding center of all things. In this space the deepest, darkest, shame-filled shadows and the highest possible light and purpose are equally held and loved.
My free will joining this space in the spirit of curiosity and commitment to explore with God all of the facets of me that were birthed in service to embody the highest form of love, ignites a source of in-power that I believe is part of each of our individualized, divine blueprints.
In my work, I am humbled to merge with the upper realm and become a conduit, or channel on behalf of the the person before me to explore the seen and unseen. We bridge the gap between heaven and earth, between physical and spiritual. I am the translator of the individualized divine messages to earthly minds to solidify the bridge and facilitate the ascension into the greatest capacity to be and receive the highest love.
